These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Filiz (the “Service”), operated by Grycode Ltd (“we”, “us”, or “our”).
By accessing or using Filiz at https://filiz.app, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

2. The Service
Filiz provides an online resume builder and editing platform that allows users to:
- create and edit resumes
- import resume documents
- receive writing suggestions
- share resumes with others
- export resumes as PDF documents
The Service may evolve over time and features may change or be discontinued.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use Filiz.
By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
4. Accounts
You may use Filiz anonymously or create an account using email or third-party authentication providers.
You are responsible for:
- maintaining account security
- activities occurring under your account
- keeping login credentials confidential
We may suspend accounts involved in abuse or misuse.
5. User Content
You retain ownership of all content you upload or create using Filiz, including resume information (“User Content”).
By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to:
- store
- process
- display
- transmit
your content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.
We do not claim ownership of your content.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Filiz to:
- upload unlawful or harmful content
- impersonate another person
- violate intellectual property rights
- distribute malware or malicious code
- attempt to disrupt or reverse engineer the Service
- use the Service for automated scraping or abuse
We may suspend or terminate access for violations.
7. AI Features
Filiz includes AI-powered features that provide writing suggestions and improvements.
You acknowledge that:
- AI-generated suggestions may contain inaccuracies
- you are responsible for reviewing all generated content
- Filiz does not guarantee employment outcomes or resume effectiveness
AI features are provided “as is”.
8. Sharing and Public Links
Filiz allows resumes to be shared via links.
You are responsible for:
- choosing who you share access with
- managing permissions granted to others
Anyone with access to a shared link may view content according to assigned permissions.
9. Subscriptions and Billing
Filiz offers free and paid subscription plans.
Paid subscriptions:
- are billed monthly via Stripe
- renew automatically unless cancelled
- can be cancelled at any time through account settings
Access to paid features continues until the end of the billing period after cancellation.
10. Refunds
Payments are generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or granted at our discretion.
11. Service Availability
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Filiz is provided on an “as available” basis.
We may:
- modify features
- perform maintenance
- suspend access temporarily
without liability.
12. Intellectual Property
All rights in the Service, including software, design, branding, and content (excluding User Content), remain the property of Grycode Ltd.
You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce any part of the Service without permission.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Filiz is provided without warranties of any kind
- we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages
- we are not responsible for employment decisions or outcomes resulting from resume use
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where exclusion is not permitted by law.
14. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time.
We may suspend or terminate access if:
- these Terms are violated
- misuse or abuse is detected
- required by law
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
